There are two versions of Snag List on the App Store: Snag List, which is free with a subscription for the paid features, and Snag List Pro, a paid app with everything included.
What's free
In the free Snag List app you can:
- Create as many projects and issues as you like.
- Take, choose and annotate photos.
- Add maps and locations, tags, signatures and all your settings.
- Duplicate projects and issues.
- Preview your report with every theme and option.
What a subscription unlocks
- Printing, sharing and saving your PDF reports.
- Exporting projects as
.snagfiles, and exporting CSV issue lists. - Importing
.snagfiles. - Saving and restoring projects on the server.
When you tap a paid feature, Snag List shows the subscription options: monthly, every 6 months or yearly, with the price for each. The longer plans cost less per month. Tap outside the panel to close it.
Restore a purchase
If you've subscribed before, or bought the original one-time unlock, you don't need to pay again.
- Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
- Tap any paid feature, such as the share icon in Print Preview, to open the subscription panel.
- Tap Restore.
The one-time unlock from earlier versions is still honoured. Use Restore to switch it back on.
Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Snag List. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Snag List Pro
Snag List Pro is a separate app that you buy once. Everything above is included, with no subscription and no paywall. It works the same way as Snag List, so this guide covers both.
Projects don't move between Snag List and Snag List Pro automatically. If you want to switch from one to the other, email us at apps@boluga.com first and we'll help.
