You can delete your Clock Card account, and everything backed up with it, at any time. Deleting the account does not remove the hours stored on your phone, and it does not cancel a Pro subscription.
In the app
- Open Clock Card and go to Settings.
- Tap Account & backup.
- Tap Delete account… at the bottom and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately. You stay in the app, signed out, with all of your hours still on the phone.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email apps@boluga.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm within two working days.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address and password.
- Every job, shift, break, note, pay rate and overtime rule backed up to our servers.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Copies held in our backups expire within 30 days.
What is not deleted
- The hours on your phone. Clock Card keeps working without an account. If you also want those gone, delete the app, or delete the shifts and jobs inside it.
- A Pro subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us: cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. A lifetime purchase stays with your Apple Account or Google account and can be restored on any phone.
